Another disadvantage is that eTrust is a nightmare if user decides they dont like it and want to use other AntiVirus software with at best not letting them install (even though you might have uninstalled eTrust) because it embbedds itself onto ... ...is just that not something more sinister. If you try to install McAcfee you would need to remove its registry keys which is a big no no is you a novice user.
If Norton is installed on the other hand it just tends to freeze (it does that with McAcfee also if you dont uninstall). The only way then to remove it is by disabling services on msconfig while on safe mode and then going back to windows to uninstall it. It wont uninstall in ... more

The database of viruses is OK and shouldntt be dissed on those grounds but the annoyance it gives make it lean more on the nuisance software side than online safety.
For all thee reasons seriusly wouldnt recommend this product if you dont want trouble that is.
Advantages: Excellent in Quality. It easily fits with windows. Disadvantages: Detects 85 to 90% viruses and not 98% but that's more than enough.
It utilises fewer system resources as compared to other antivirus programs. It adjusts well with Microsoft Windows XP.
Thus both on demand & real time scanning is fast. It's easy to install & very friendly to use. It opens quickly unlike other standard antivirus softwares. It also has real time email protection.
I have used all other antivirus programs nod32, mcafee, norton, avg, avast, kaspersky, bitdefender & a lot more. But EZtrust Antivirus ... ...XP with Service pack2. It's real time protection is best for internet viruses. I tested this antivirus by visiting a website that contains viruses. Real time scanning stopped 20 viruses & when the system began to be hacked & infected totally. It asked for reboot. Thus rebooting removed all viruses & my system became as new as before.
Thus I give 100% votes to eztrust antivirus. In order to make maximum use of eztrust, use it with sygate firewall ...

Advantages: It can easily find almost any Virus while you are working/surfing with ur computer. Disadvantages: It always need to update frequently.
