eVGA e-GeForce 9800 GT

7950 GT excellent card

Advantages: Can play any game on the market on max settings
Disadvantages: No VIVO

I bought this back in October for a new system i was building along with 2 Gigabytes of RAM and a E6600 Core 2 Duo and i can play every game out and games coming out on maximum settings with a high frame rate. I recommend to anybody building or upgrading a high end gaming rig. For example I played F.E.A.R. (a very taxing game) with all the settings on high and was still able to run Diablo 2 and switch between both and have no slow down what so ever. And for proof of compatibility some games like Battlefield 2142 and Dark Messiah of Might and Magic which came out after this card on all max settings. this was a great buy! ...

A graphics power house

Advantages: Great value for money, 64 cores, excelnt pixel fil rate
Disadvantages: heating problems, high power required

This little piece is a powerhouse. From 8600gt to 9600gt nvidia has come a long way. With double the cores compared to 8600gt 9600gt holds its place strongly in the mid-range cards. Nice for games like prince of persia 4 etc which do not demand so much of graphics like crysis etc. Mind you it does need some extra power to run thus ur smps must be strong. All in all top buy right nw in mid section... Amazing Card!

Advantages: great customer support, handles latest games with ease.
Disadvantages: Isn't the best card in the world.

I got this card through a RMA as my 7900GT was fried, and that starts me off to compliment how good the customer service for eVGA is! I emailed someone, they gave me an address to send it to and they sent this back very quickly! Now onto the card: This card is very easy to install, I took it out the box and put it into my motherboard, turned my PC on, put this CD in that came with it and installed the drivers that come with it. But then I went onto the nVidia website and got the better and most up-to-date drivers for this card. The performance of this card is excellent! I have just recently played Bioshock on all medium setting and it worked like a charm, then I'm currently playing Medal of Honour: Airbourne on full settings and it works just fine!
