With my previous card lacking power and unable to play games to my satisfaction I decided to save up and get something with a little kick to it. After a fair bit of research into graphic card technology and prices I decided on this mainly due to its cost of £75 new.

The Windows Live and Search today screen plug-ins make this PDA a multimedia communication hub, that is if you have the time to send idle chit chat around the globe in real-time to friends and relatives. The software looks fun but I haven't had the time to mess about with it yet.
Using the PDA as an organiser (which is bread and butter for a Windows Mobile device) is made more pleasurable by the VGA screen. Text is very clear and there is a large key on-screen keyboard option that is included with the pre-loaded software.
There are a couple of gripes though - The main one is battery life, in a word awful. E-ten have gone to great lengths to make this phone do everything, but boy can it use up a full charge fast as a result. Anyone ...

Advantages: Mindblowing speeds. Maxed out frame rate. Looks beautiful. TV out!! Disadvantages: None.
And it won't even gain a tremendous amount of weight and end up in Vegas late in its life! Seriously though, the X800 Pro lives up to its extensive hype. It does more than live up to it, after around two and a half hours testing the thing I had to literally tear my eyes away from the thing.
But before I come to all that, first the tale of how I came to acquire his highness...
