found Easibuy.com through one of the many shopping portals, not sure which one either KElkoo or Pricerunner.
ordered a Rowenta JAsper Morrisson Kettle and Toaster, best price on the the internet, there website was very easy to order on with no need to register, just place the order with a few personal details.
order was confirmed by email, the a link to their system for order tracking or tracking via the website my entering the order number
order ... ...made by their carrier, delivery was made to my wor address which is different to my home but they had no problem with this unlike other companies
overall very good service, i would definitely use them again, they have some nice cookware which my wife is after, maybe if i email them they will give me a discount, will keep u all posted

I discovered this site searching for a new Braun electric shaver.
I found the site very easy to use with the electrical products split into different categories. I was pleased when I found the model I wanted at approximately 50 pounds cheaper than the high street, including the delivery charge. This was considerably cheaper than other internet sites.

I placed my order for the shaver and received acknowledgement by return e-mail. ... ...order. Delivery is promised in 1-5 days. So far, so good. The next day I tracked my order and was pleased to find it showed my order had been shipped, I was therefore expecting delivery the following day. The next day the status had reverted to not shipped. This happened for the following 5 days, each time I tracked my order it showed a different status. Continually changing from shipped to not shipped.

A note of warning to anybody considering purchasing via Easibuy.... Don't.. even if they deliver.. and they didn't for me. A little more reaserch on your behalf will find a better price. Learn from my mistake. I placed my order over a month ago ( beginning of September) for a readily available item of consumer electronics. A confirmation was issued with details of a tracking system and a promise to deliver within 5 days. 5 days later the funds were ... ...reflect this) and since then...... NO PRODUCT... NO NEWS... and NO REFUND. Was told it would be deliverered a week ago and NOTHING. I did manage to contact the company once but was fobbed off by "sorry it will be with you next week" ..IT WASN'T ... Stay away! ...

Advantages: Cheaper than most (+p&p) for branded electrical goods. Disadvantages: 2 months on still awaiting partial order and any hint of customer support.
...I decided to go with easibuy.com as they were not only one of the cheapest for the upright, they were including the new Dyson Flexi Crevice Tool at a good price too. I placed the above order on 23 July 2004. They have a tracking facility on the website so you can check the status of your order. It took a couple of days for the order to be marked as ‘confirmed’, and on 28 July it was marked as ‘paid’ and ‘shipped’. A Parcel Force consignment number ... ...the DC07 upright, without the Flexi Crevice Tool. I phoned them to question this + was told that it was fine and the second item would arrive separately, even though there was only one Parcel Force Consignment number. In mid-August it had still not arrived so I telephoned them again. I was told that there was a delay with the dispatch of this particular item, but it would definitely be delivered within the next 2 weeks.

However it was obviously not all about the price, I needed to know what sort of after sales service I would receive, when it could be delivered etc. Having found what I thought would be the best price I decided to continue with the order on Easibuy.com however this is when things went downhill from there.
... ...to have a further look round the site trying to find out more details especially as I had not heard of this site before and this is when I managed to find out the delivery process for this site. I needed to have the item delivered ASAP but on a specific day and wanted an AM or PM slot due to work commitments all of which I did not feel was an unreasonable request.
This was when I decided not to purchase my TV from this site. The delivery charges ...
