Advantages: reliable, doesn't try to offer too much, fast Disadvantages: support is 25p/min - new users wouldn't appreciate this.

In the last few years, the speed hasn't ever dropped, the service doesn't really have "good" and "bad" patches. It just trundles on... day in, day out. ...offer of unlimitd webspace is generous, but not necessarily worthwhile.
Having said that, I used to pay £14.99 a month to them for access, which more recently was removed in favour of just paying for your dial up charges.
