WHY WONT EASYTOBOOK ANSWER THE PHONE? 12/11/2012

Advantages ABSOLUTELY NONE
Disadvantages NO HOTEL, TOOK MONEY, CANNOT CONTACT.

I made a booking and paid in full 2 months before my friends and I wanted to go for a long weekend to Glasgow, Scotland. When we arrived at the hotel they had never heard of us. They could not offer us a room and if they could they wanted us to pay AGAIN. They tried to call easytobook and were answered by a GARAGE in Paris, France. I have tried to call easytobook and have been unable to get any answer at all. I have tried to contact them on their website and it wont let me past the complaint part, how can they see my complaint???? My friends and I had to book into another hotel which cost us ... more

Very EASY to book! 04/01/2012

Advantages Easy to use, easy to navigate, in short everything is easy!
Disadvantages I had none.

I had been looking at hotels.com, but was not impressed with either prices or the range of hotels. By coincidence I came across easytobook.com and even though they use many of the same hotels there was more at easytobook.com. The site itself is very easy to use and navigate. It's really cool that you can choose different points like tube stations or landmarks and how long distance from the searchpoint you will accept. There is a map that you can enlarge and zoom, so you can see all the roads and sites nearby your chosen hotel. It's a very good tool to plan your vacation/stay. When you have ... more

Quick review of Easytobook.com by 617lyman 05/07/2008

Just stayed at the hotel for 4 days after a 12 day cruise with my teenage son. Perfect location , next to la Ramblas (2 streets) and a short hop away from the tourist tour bus stops or the Gothic quarter. The rooms have been redone with nice bathrooms, new flooring and lighting and flat screen Tv. Breakfast is simple but fine and the service was very good at the reception. Free internet access is a bonus.Would definitely stay there again if on a mod to low budget. less

Quick review of Easytobook.com by sgonnet 12/08/2008

I just came back from Paris where I enjoyed my stay at the hotel Ecole Centrale. The room was so nice and the quality of the hotel was good. I went around the city easily thanks to the location of the hotel, that made my stay even nicer. I had no problem at the hotel all was fine when I arrived my reservation was there, at least once no problem with the booking system Easytobook helped a lot. less

Disadvantages EVERYTHING

We were desperate to get a city apartment in London. We needed an apartment as we were mixing business with pleasure and both the business and pleasure aspects were VERY important to us. Easytobook.com looked like the perfect candidate to give us what we wanted. BUT they cancelled the apartment last minute, gave us the run-around all over London, from fleapit hotel, to empty locked apartment , to empty locked apartment in a cab (very expensive). They stopped taking our telephone calls and left us stranded. They have a 24 hour helpline (they say in their adverts) but that was ignored. We tried ... more
