Disadvantages Everything
I attempted to use easytobook twice. The first time, I e-mailed them to ask them why they will not quote prices including taxes like everyone else, and they refused to respond. On their site they say that they cannot post or include taxes "because they vary from city to city." This is a lame, farce of a statement, as all their competitors have no trouble finding out what local taxes are.
The second time I used easytobook in December of 2011. I confirmed a room with them for year end in Playa del Carmen. I found out when I got down to Mexico that my room had been canceled, but nobody can tell me who canceled it. Easytobook refuses to respond to my inquiries. Nobody should do business with these people, as they do not deserve to have any business, and you run a high risk of having your holiday ruined.
