have owned an Ebac 2650e for over a month and wanted to give my feedback.
I have found the unit to be excellent overall. Performance wise we have gone from having serious condensation on our windows in the morning to have none or very little within one month.

Feature wise the 2650e is excellent. There are varying operating modes. All of these are controlled by the SmartControl which regulates the humidity of the room ... .../>
The unit is resonably quiet with the main noise coming from the main fan. Certainly you can sleep with it in the same room unless you are a very light sleeper.
If you are looking for a dehumidifier, Ebac and the 2650e are my recommendation. ... more

I have found the unit to be excellent overall. Performance wise we have gone from having serious condensation on our windows in the morning to have none or very little within one month.
Feature wise the 2650e is excellent. There are varying operating modes. All of these are controlled by the SmartControl which regulates the humidity of the room via a humidity sensor. This means you can power the unit on and leave it to do its job. The only intervention you need to make is to empty the water container (I find I need to empty it 1 every 1 or 2 days).
As suggested I have left the unit running in normal mode for the first 4 weeks of operation. This is designed to initially normalise the humidity of the house as much as possible.
I have now left the unit running on Econ mode to save energy. There is a very useful feature where you can run the unit on max for 8 hours. This is especially useful for drying clothes indoors which is what we have to do when the weather is bad. This is highly effective and both dries the clothes quicker and stops and moisture build up.

If you are looking for a dehumidifier, Ebac and the 2650e are my recommendation.

...in my home also.thanks to ebac ,it is automatic,easy to use ,it purifies the air and gives pleasant air to breathe in.everybody who has problem of breathing ,dust allergey or any asthma kinds must use this one,ebac is a reputed product,worth of its money .please buy this if u want to keep your health good.thanks to all ...
