Join me for the worst booking experience I have ever had, in many travelling experiences. I have spent a week on the internet researching for my Christmas/New Year annual visit home to New Zealand and on Saturday night I made the decision based on price and availability to book on the internet..... using EBookers. I like to book my holidays online as I have done it frequently and never have I had any issues. ebookers are one of only two "complete online" travel engines that I truly rank. (There are quite a few good research sites, but this one and expedia.co.uk are the best when it comes to the whole process from flight research through to actual payment).
