It seems like ebookers have some pretty mixed reviews here but I had no problem at all booking my hotel for NYE with them today. They have a great range of properties in London, well to be fair so do their competition, but the one I wanted, The Langham, on Regent Street had the best price on ebookers, I also tried expedia and lastminute, even calling the hotel direct, but they were all nearly £10 more for the same room. I found the booking process to be realy simple, especially as I've used them once before so all my details were stored when I logged in. I got the confirmation email pretty quickly but also called the hotel again just to confirm everything was alright, which it was. I guess this was just a pretty simple booking for one night in a local hotel but I found the site easy to use, liked the sliding bars that let you only show hotels with good review scores and found it fairly quick compared to most other travel sites I've used. I've only given a four star mark for now but will try and use them to book my summer holiday and let you know how I get on with that....
