Advantages NOTHING
Disadvantages EVERYTHING - specially customer services
I want to assure all users that I've given this website many chances to make up for their mistakes. Unfortunately they are yet to address any of the issues raised or the complaints made.
This website has an awfull customer service department, so don't expect them to assist you with any issues. The website constantly logs you out and you have to re-log in and start the ticket purchasing all over again.
This company is just a bad excuse of a online booking business. They don't deserve to be working and they certainly don't deserve to be reviewed anything more than a big fat ZERO (0) in all categories. Make sure to stay away from this website, it will only give you problems. I can highly recommend Expedia or Last Minute, they won't dissapoint you!
