I booked a flight with the eBookers website and after I had confirmed the booking with my credit card, the eBookers website had a message saying something like, 'your booking will be confirmed by an email to you. If you don't receive an email within 30 minutes, please commence the booking process again'. I never received a conformation and after speaking to one of their "customer support" agents for half an hour. It was confirmed that there was in-fact, no flight booked so I've got to go through the whole process again. This is a ridiculous procedure and it's not the first time it has happened with this company. However, it will be the last... Because I will never use eBookers for anything again in the future and if any friends or colleagues ask for advice on which online travel companies to use, I shall tell them of my experiences with eBookers.

That sounds like an annoying experience! It would be good to know more about the site itself though and what your experience with customer service is like. The prices they offer are important to know too!
