They are not giving any bonus for late delivery - they are late in 99% deliveries.
Its not a first time the shop is generating problems with deliveries.They lie in email conversation about redelivery option that this will happen when its not.
Package went back them after 3 days. That's not acceptable.
Sometimes you have to wait weeks before they accept your payment or they will get a goods for you.
Please be aware of this shop! I would not recommend this shop to anyone as they have quite good offer on the website.

Sorry I can't rate this any higher, but despite your bad experience there isn't enough info here. As it's about the online store, maybe elaborate: how well is the site laid out, what they sell, p & P charges, etc.

Tells me very little, you seem to have got angry witht he company, but this tells me nothing about their communication as a whole, just too limited. Expand for higher ratings. =)
