I bought this Echostar box about 3 months ago, It looked like a decent freeview box, The box is grey with a black front display, and is about 30cm in width. But what the hell they all do the same thing! It comes complete with the freeviewbox, Scart lead, figure of 8 lead(power lead) and your remote control and manual to get you started. First off I skimmed throught the manual as it was very understanding and looked simple enough. I plugged in the power lead from the box to plug socket, then connected my scart lead and aerial to the back of it, this is simple as it has little diagrams to show you where to plug everything into (and tells you in manual). I got the startup screen for the product, Then it will start to automatically scan for channels in your area. Scanning will take approx 5 minutes depending on your aerial and where it is positioned. After it has scanned it will add them to the box. The navigation system is very easy to use, I had no problems with it. It has a inbuilt programme reminder just like on Skys box. So everything is straight forward. The picture quality on my box is excellent I have had no problems with it, I have dropped it a numerous amount of times and still works perfect! So if you want a good, durable freeview box this is for you

Not bad for a first review but you need details such as the size and apperance seeing as it's something that will be constantly present in your living room. Also things like how easy it is to set up. If you add anything let me know and I'll read it again and maybe re-rate :)

There really isn't enough information here, have a read around the site to get an idea of the sort of detail you need to include. Av x
