I'm writing this as one of the greatest wrestlers to ever grace a WWE ring has passed away today. This man is Eddie Guerrero, an amazing in ring performer and an overall great man. He was 38 years old. The autopsy reports have shown that Eddie died from Heart Failure, His wife gave a statement saying that His artaries were so thin they just gave up, they couldnt take the strain as his heart had enlarged. This is due from his drug problems in the past and the strain on his heart from all the training he has done over the years.
Eddie has lived a very well known and documented troubled lifestyle. His autobiography documented his drug problems, which have stemmed back years, he had overcome many of these problems and we thought that he was finally overcoming his Demons. Obviously he did not.
So let me tell you a little about what made this man such a great wrestler and overall good man. Eddie Guerrero, real name Eduardo Guerrero, was born in 1968 in Juarez, Mexico. Eddie was born in the whole wrestling business. His father Gory Guerrero was the founder of the Mexican Pro wrestling association and a legendary wrestling trainer. Eddie was trained by his father, in a ring in his back garden along with his brothers Chavo, Mando and Hector.
After wrestling for many years in Mexico Eddie made his way to ECW were he found fame. He wrestled along side the late Art Barr until he passed away in 1994. Eddie left ECW in 1995 to seek a greater career and ended up on WCW television. Eddie had great feuds with his soon to be best friends Chris Beniot, Chris Jericho, dean Malenko and Perry Saturn. Eddie defeated Chris Jericho to capture the cruiserweight title only to have it taken away by his best friend Rey Mysterio JNR. Eddie than had a long feud with his real life nephew Chavo Jnr before the most dramatic change in his life and the lead up to his downfall.
Eddie was Involved in a car crash on New Years Eve 1998, Eddie had a drink problem which he was having difficulty overcoming and crashed his car almost ending his life. Eddie came out of the car crash a broken man and depended highly on painkillers. This addiction became worse and he was soon dependant on them. His marriage fell apart and he lost everything. But Eddie was determined to get his life together, he started re-hab, Eddie was getting better.
In January 2000, Eddie made his first appearance on WWE television. Along with Chris Benoit, Perry Saturn and Dean Malenko, Eddie jumped ship from WCW to Vince McMahon's corporation. But unfortunately Eddie broke his arm in his first appearance on WWE television. When Eddie returned it seemed as though the WWE were not interested in progressing his character. After a number of angles involving Chyna ( a woman) and ultimately winning the IC title from her, Eddie's drug use started again.
WWE suspended Eddie in February 2001 because of his drug addiction and the fact that he had been arrested for drink driving a few days earlier. Eddie was not seen or heard of again for over a year when he finally appeared back on WWE Television a changed man, During his re- hab Eddie had finally fought his demons and had gotten his life back on track. He had re married his wife who had given him another chance and he was able to see his two children again.
Eddie came back to a brilliant reaction from his fans and was rewarded with the WWE title as a symbol of all his hard work and effort. Eddie lost the title to JBL when he was drafted to the smackdown brand. Since then Eddie has had success in tag team action with his nephew Chavo before turning heel and feuding with Chavo and his dad (eddies Brother) Chavo Snr. Eddie had finally turned Babyface again over the past few weeks teaming with the world champion Batista and being in Smackdowns 5 handpicked tag team for survivor series.
But it was not to be……..
Eddie was found dead this morning in his Hotel room,It is rumoured that he was found on his Bathroom floor with his toothbrush in his mouth. He was found by his Nephew Chavo Guerrero. Finally Eddie has found peace with god and got rid of his demons once and for all. Heaven Needed a new Angel and they got the best ever.
He is survived by his wife Vickie and daughters Shaul, 14, Sherilyn, 9, and Kaylie Marie, 3.
I for one will miss this truly remarkable man. He has had his battles in the past and present but it does not make him any less of a great in ring performer. His presence will truly be missed and I am saddened that the WWE has lost a great friend. He will now go to the great wrestling heaven in the sky along with his friends Owen Hart, The British Bulldog, and Brian Pillman.
May you rest in peace Eddie and May you be finally free from the demons in your head………..

...minute draw with Dean Malenko. Eddie added the Frog Splash to his already vast repertoire, (a move made famour by Art Barr) and payed tribute to his fallen partner. Eddy and Dean feuded throughout the rest of the year exchaning the TV title between them in a series of matches noted for their scientific wizardry, drawing comparisons to the Flair VS Steambout feud of 1989. Eddie left ECW in September of 1995 for the greener pastures of World Championship ... ...Page (DDP) at Starcade '96. Eddie lost the belt three months later to Dean Malenko but rebounded by defeating Chris Jericho to win his first of an eventual three! Cruiserweight titles. Eddy went on to face Benoit, Malenko Jericho and Psychosis later in the year but his best effort in the promotion came at Halloween Havoc 97 when he faced fellow Luchadore Rey Mysterio Jnr in a mask VS title match. The match will be long-remembered for its high flying ...

.Eddie Guerrero was one of the stars lured away from Ted Turner’s lucrative WCW empire along with Perry Saturn, Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko. He is a great high-flyer but at the moment is stuck in a run with Chyna, a woman who actually far outclasses him in terms of physique. He plays second fiddle to her far too much of the time and needs to get out of this predicament in order to get somewhere in the WWF, given that he did very little in WCW besides ...

Advantages: Athletic, technically sound, intense....nice guy too. Disadvantages: None that I can think of.
Eddy/Eddie/Edy/ (however you want to spell it) Guerrero.....is, pound for pound one of the best wrestlers in the business today. Inside the ring, he is the very incarnation of intensity, displaying slick aerial manoeuvres and solid mat technique. On the mic, he mixes brash machismo with a pointed sense of humour for a combination few other wrestlers can top. Outside of the ring, he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet. Eddy made his in-ring debut in 1987 in Mexico and has success in the native country and Japan before coming to the attention of Philadelphia-based Extreme Championship Wrestling. Eddie Guerrero, holder of the WWF's 'best mullet' award!
I don't like Eddie. There's not one think I like about him. He comes across as sneaky, underhanded, and cowardly. These would be great traits for some of the WWF superstars, but Eddie doesn't carry it off with the necessary skill to ever be more than a bit player in the WWF. He held the IC belt recently, but only as Chyna seemed to intimidate his opponents. Once they split Eddie and his belt ... ...little too over the top at times, so is not as convincing as is necessary to make wrestling believable.
I think he can now take on many different roles as a member of the Radicalz, so maybe another big story is just around the corner for him.
Hopefully not. ...

Edge must surely be one of the most talented young wrestlers in the world, let alone the WWF. Although he started quietly, and stayed that way in the Brood, he has now developed both his skills, and his charisma. Together with Christian he sits on the top of the tag-team rankings, although not for long the way the WWF shares its belts around. Hopefully soon he will return to the singles ranks. With his ability he could be having outstanding matches with other young stars, such as Chris Jericho, EddieGuerrero and Chris Benoit. ...

Advantages: Great build and character Disadvantages: Too big for a lady?
Chyna is rightly known as the 9th wonder of the world in the WWF, because she is truly an amazing athlete and spectacle. She is the 9th because of course the late great Andre the Giant was well known as the 8th and this position remains vacant as a mark of respect for him. In real life she is married to the Game, HHH, and now is involved with EddyGuerrero, and in fact plays the dominant part in this little run, promoting herself and doing little for Guerrero. There was talk a year back of her wrestling for the actual WWF title against Austin, but plans have been put on hold or scrapped altogether for this, although she could indubitably hold her own. ...

It seems that recently tazz has been very underused by the wwf, i mean feuding with the king? this is just ludicrous. Before he was injured tazz was a firm favourite with most of the fans, and you can still hear the underlying cheers when his music plays. I would like tazzz to be pushed as a major heel, why not? he has proved that he can hold his own winning various titles with other firms. Something like a feud with eddieguerrero or with rikishi?, this is the sort of heights tazz should be at just now. Lately he hasn't even seen that much wrestling he has been commentating and playing up. I think you can expect to see tazz destroy king and go on to much bigger heights for the good of the wwf i may add! ...
