Free? Law diploma

Advantages: Good materail
Disadvantages: Paying for the certificates = expensive

I thought this would be free, however, if you do a diploma course , you have to pay £80/ 100 euros for the certificate. Which is misleading, as you do all the work and then realise you have to pay. The learning bit is free, but the certificate is not The ...
