Review of Lego Creator: Monster Dino by mandella2

Advantages: very robust and remote controlled
Disadvantages: must break up model to make a new one

I bought my son a lego star wars naboo from Tesco for xmas but unfortunately there was a fault with the pieces so I took it back to Tesco for an exchange. The problem was there wasn't any more star wars lego in stock and after trying to exchange it twice I came across the lego creator Monster Dino which was reduced from £69.99 to £33.99 so I took that and paid the difference in exchange for my faulty star wars naboo. My son was not amused when ...
...became more enthusiastic about it. Lego creator: Monster Dino is meant to be for age 9-12 years but it was a challenge for my 11 year old son and it took him a few hours to build. However, when it was finished it was brilliant! It is remote controlled which means that with the press of a button it walks forwards and backwards and his arms move up and down. The best part is the jaws open and close and make a roaring sound. It also has luminus spikes ... Read review

great idea
Review of Lego Star Wars Episode III: Jedi Starfighter with Hyperdrive Booster Ring by NEILBIKERBOY

Advantages: lego star wars, figures are great and plenty to play with
Disadvantages: quiet expensive, little bit fiddley

...one. firstly i think the lego star wars range is fantastic and my son loves it all. he enjoys lego and loves star wars so great together. when i first got this i also bought a small ship for £7.99 i paid £49.99 for this one. the box is quiet large and pictures on box clearly show what the product can do. when opened it there is alot of lego to put together but was expecting this becuase of the cost of it. the insructions are easy to follow and ...
...wan kenobi and kit fisto and one light saber both are greatly detailed for lego men. only problem with this are craft can easierly fall out of ring, cannopy on craft opens too easierly and ring is quiet awkward to play with. but attention to detail is fantastic. ... Read review

Lego Police Station
Review of Lego Police: Police Station by Stoodgy

Advantages: Hours of fun
Disadvantages: Lots of small attachments

My nephew loves this toy. Its the kind of thing that if you want peace and quiet just take this out and turn the tv off and you get what you want. I bought one i think for £60 and thought of it to be a bargain. The one and only thing that annoys me is all the seperate attachments to it, you dont want to be standing on them with your bare feet. Ive also found my dog chewing on bits he's found under the sofa. Its great fun, i sometimes even find myself ... Read review

Wagon Wreck
Review of Fisher Price Peek a Block Wagon by newby2

Advantages: I got it free
Disadvantages: not very good

Fisher Price Peek-A-Blocks 2 in 1 Activity Wagon.... This was a hand me down from one of my friends for Jack and because her kids seemed to enjoy it so much I really thought Jack would too. Jack has a lot of the Peek A Blocks range of toys (some of which given by said friend) and he really enjoys playing with the blocks and using them with the different toys. The wagon itself is fairly large and after a brief look on the internet I found out that ...
...are plenty being sold as second hand and at a far more reasonable price. The Wagon comes with eight individual Peek a Blocks that are small plastic cubes with different things inside to look at or to shake, turn or just to look at. The blocks themselves are very hard wearing and because there are so many different toys in the Peek Block ranges, the blocks can be used with a multitude of other toys in the collection. We seem to have these blocks ... Read review
