So easy for little ones! Advantages: Easy to use, full of fun features Disadvantages: None! We bought this for my son when he was two and a half to keep him away from our digital camera and it has been a huge hit. He finds it really easy to use (although we do get a lot of shots of random things!) and its additional features (games, video, frames) provide endless entertainment. My son especially likes the frames feature which lets you add features as you take the photo, e.g. a pig nose, a pirate hat! It is easy to turn on and has a power ... ...and one on the back, which can be used to take the photo, meaning children can find the easiest position for them. The case is hard and easy to wipe clean and so far has survived numerous drops! Learning Whilst Youre Playing Advantages: Educational, educational, Educational Disadvantages: The little sounds are annoying sometimes ...Argos catalogue and spotted a VTech Challenger Laptop which is aimed at children between the ages of 4 and 7. The VTech Laptop wasn't expensive it only cost £24.99; I thought this was great value for money because it would help my son to learn numerical and language skills whilst having fun at the same time. The Challenger Laptop has a similar shape and design as a normal laptop, the only difference is that it has a smaller screen which is black ... ...batteries. We bought a VTech AC adaptor from EBay and it only cost us £5, the reason we decided to buy the adaptor for the laptop was because it states in the VTech instruction manual that you shouldn't use rechargeable batteries for the laptop as this could damage it. Supplied with the laptop is a mouse mat and a mouse, which plugs into the mouse jack on the back of the laptop. Making learning fun for your child. Advantages: The computer has lots of fun activites for your child to do on it. Disadvantages: There aren't any. The Vtech My laptop can be brought from various places including Amazon and Argos. The computer comes in two colours which are pink and orange. In Argos they are both priced at different prices, even though they are the same except for the colour. The pink one is £17.59 and the orange is £18.59. I think there is another that is yellow. The laptop states it is suitable for children aged 3 to 6 years. We brought our twins daughters one each for Christmas, ... ...and they love them. The computer looks bright and attractive. It has a fold down screen which is lcd. It also has an easy to use mouse which can be detached and will suit a left or right hand user. The mouse is attached to the mouse mat and it can move forward or backwards and sideways they can use this to pick the activity they want to do. A Must Buy for Your Child Advantages: Teaches with the various educating games and also teaches them coordination. Disadvantages: Maybe slightly difficult for a 3Year old ...first tried to use the VTech Smile and it was a little difficult for her then. This involved mummy and daddy trying to help her and with our aid she managed several little games/exercises which she loved. Six months on and she can manage most of the games( some more tricky than others) . It is a must have toy for them to learn new skills-physical and mental.
