they charge you for everything bar online banking, and sometimes its nice to have a bit of paper. I complained twice about a certain issue and have never had a reply from them, which is bad. It takes an aeon to get through on the phone
Plus, their ads are rubbish. They need to spend more money on service.
TIP: Close the Egg account and get a proper one at a proper bank, such as Nationwide, 7% interest, nice and simple, plus you can get through to someone within 5 mins.
