I've had my Egg credit card for over a year now. I use it as my main credit card due to the cash back and low APR - however I do use my Barclaycard for electrical items thanks to it's extended warranty.
On the whole, I'm pretty pleased with Egg. Their service is constantly improving. Their interest rate is low although it isn't the lowest around anymore. I like the whole on-line banking thing too as I find it very convenient. I do have a few complaints about the Egg site however: My statements are created on the 18th of each month, on the 18th all my transactions disappear and I normally have to wait for about 3 days before I can actually view my statement. The site isn't that user friendly but I'm used to it now. It's a vast improvement on how it was originally though!
On the plus side - they've scrapped their charges for phoning them and sent me a little card with telephone banking information on it - I've yet to try it out though.
