i applied for the egg card some 3 months ago. After 2 weeks of being accepted i had not received any paperwork. i checked the internet and found that the account was all set up.
On contacting them i advised them no paper work had been received, the operator said they would put a report in and ask the new applications to forward me them.
To cut a long story short a further 3 phone calls were made and finally only yesterday i received the paperwork.
im sure once it is operation it will be marvellous but so far i have been far from satisfied.
to make so many phone calls and to be told that they can only tell me that they can put in a request and that i cant talk to the relevant dept i find totally dis-satisfied especially when your on the phone for 10 mins plus.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
sorry for the low rating but you don't seem to give any informatikon about the card like APR etc...You could have put this in Buyer Beware and maybe got higher ratings...if you add/edit then please give me a shout and I will re-rate..

It might be more helpful if you told us why you chose an Egg card over others in the first place, what the charges are etc.

Interesting op. I have an egg card also, had no probs at all. Hopefully neither will you from now on. j
