Ive had my egg card for about a year now,and iv'e had no problems with it at all. The web site is great,i especially like the fact that you can view all your other bank account and credit card statements on the same site . It only took me a few minutes to set up and it saves me hours not having to log on to several diferent web sites. The ballance transfer facility is also very good ,and saved me quite a bit of money in interest payments. the customer service is also very good . I recently damaged my card after one quick call to customer services my new card arrived only two days later The only down side i can see is that they constantly send me emails about loans,special offers and rewards. but all in all it is an excellent card.

Most of your comments (website and service) relate to Egg generally, you should add some comment specific to the card - such as competitiveness of interest rates, how you find the statements and cashback.
