I have notified egg of this 2 months down the line egg say that I have been treated diabolically, like a thief and told I have to pay for a security fraud breach that is not my fault.
Egg's Complaints & appeals process has spent two months so far &hours spent with rude inefficient call centre. There has been no access to a senior manager, and the whole system is un-helpful. Egg spend money on smart adverts to encourage more staff, but no money or time appears to have been spent on the important things. I would warn anyone off taking a card with Egg, you could be liable to what has happened to me.

You haven't mentioned anything about the card! I would like to have seen your opinion on how easy it is to apply, interest rates and the like but you have simply focussed on one area where you have had a bad experience. If you could try and provide your experiences of Egg prior to your card being cloned and then incorporate your recent experience making the opinion more infromative and balanced I will gladly come back and read again.
