Frustrating for me - many of my friends have accounts of one sort or another with Egg and rave about the quality of service. Alas my tale is a slightly different one. My account is fine, I get a reasonable interest rate and when on-line there are few issues. My problems begin when I need to talk to a human being! I do not have to do this often but it can take time to get through and when I do the customer service advisor will always ask a scripted series of questions. While I understand security is vital, I want my query answered not a list of the what products are on offer. I am a supporter of internet banking and I think Egg is great. They would be even better if they remembered that their customers are people and not computers.
Sorry for the UH rating but this tells me nothing I'm afraid - a little more info about the subjet required as well as more about your complaint/problem. What type of acount do you have? etc etc etc....k

Thanks for your op, but more info is needed really. What does it offer, how easy is their website, how quickly can queries be dealt with etc. All this and some more would be great. If you update this op, please let me know :)

Would have been better to have talked about accounts and services offered, if the interest rate is good what is the interest rate? Its info like that that helps people and thus makes your op more helpful. Shane
