Philips HQ40 Battery Shaver
Advantages: It's a good all round battery shaver

Well, it will suffice until I get back home I reasoned.
But after a few days of use I was pleasantly surprised, and found it to be a very good shaver indeed.
Straight from the box the shaver was ready to use. It comes complete with two AA batteries, a small double-ended cleaning brush and an information sheet explaining how to fit the batteries, how to clean the shaving heads, advice on shaving-head replacement ...
...little white button above the Philips logo and you are in business.
The shaver is attractive in design, extremely light, quiet, and fits comfortably into either hand making it ideal for left or right-hand users.
Another positive aspect is that it can easily be carried in the pocket, or placed inside the glove compartment of a car for instant access.
Changing the batteries is simply a matter of inserting a fingernail, or coin, into the bottom slot ...

Does just as it says on the box!
Advantages: Close shave and low irritation
Disadvantages: difficulty in finding replacement parts
My husband bought this shaver as a present for me last christmas. I have used a large number of electric shavers before and have been sadly dissapointed in the results, often resluting in a less than close shave and a large amount of reaction and itchiness afterwards due to sensitive skin.
However, on using this one for the first time, I was impressed not only with the resulting shave and the closeness of the cut, I was also impressed with the ease ...

This is possibly the last shaver unit I will be buying in a long time, far easier than manual razors, as the protector shield allows for intimate areas to be dealt with as efficiently as legs and under arms, while the foil head enables a close and none irritating shave for legs.
The charger unit is easily plugged in and is quick to charge, delivering a large amount of power.

Excellent!
Advantages: clean shave, can trim long hairs, battery friendly, easy to clean, water resistant.
Disadvantages: a little expensive
I simply love this shaving device! I find it quick to use, giving you a clean shave with little effort, and very easy to clean; you can even use it in the shower or clean it under running water. SHAVE all over
Advantages: Light weight, good grip, PINK!!!
Disadvantages: On legs nota close shave
This shaver is an excellent buy.
It has 3 controls, under arm, bikini and legs.
It has cool strips (aloe vera) which are soft on the skin when shaving.
Its not as close a shave as others I have used BUT I just press abit harder and it really does give a close shave.
Never found anything better for under arm shaving, and more importantly for the bikini line. No rashes after shaving GREAT. Well worth every penny just for that.

Phillips NT9110 Nasal Trimmer. It really works!
Advantages: It does really work and it's a good price.
Disadvantages: None that I can see. Depends how long it lasts.
...tried em all and the Philips NT9110 really does the trick) You can hear the hairs being removed and that's the acid test as far as I'm concerned. The last appliance I bought just hummed pleasantly without any real affect . Now, the only sound of humming heard in my bathroom is from me as I shear through that growth!
It comes with short and long eyebrow cutting attachments and a cleaning brush. As my eyebrows could rival Patrick Moores if left unattended ...
