Disadvantages: Its difficult to get the co2 cylinder but not impossible

...I also bought this Fridge about 6 weeks ago with the matching freezer and am having problems getting a replacement cylinder for the carbonated water despensor. I tried to buy it online but no sells it not even Electrolux. I contacted Electrolux by phone and was told that they would phone back...that was 10 days ago. I also contacted the cylinder manufacturer the same day....nada. The Mrs contacted the retailer and they contacted Electrolux who said they would contact me. That was 2 days ago. If the cylinder cannot be obtained in the UK the device is "Not fit for purpose". Therefore Electrolux and any retailer selling it is breaking the law. Its a great product but whats the point in spending big money on it if it doesnt deliver on its specification. The buyer beware. I may sue. Update: The cylinder can be got !!!!!!!... Read review

Disadvantages: Not powerful enough

...We have owned the Electrolux Contour Vacuum for about 5 years now, initially it was ok, but over the last 2 years it has simply not been powerful enough to pickup, after hoovering you feel as though you haven't really acheived anything because there are still 'bits' all over the carpet. Also it has blocked up on a number of occasions which has involved taking parts of the hoover apart to remove the blockages. This was not a cheap hoover, at the time about it cost about £150 and we do not feel that we have had good value for money.... Read review

Advantages: Delay timer, quiet, and you can adapt the racks.
Disadvantages: None whatsoever

...I bought the Zanussi-Electrolux ZDF 501 S about 2 months ago. I am thrilled with it. It has a delayed timer on it so I can set it to wash during our Economy 10 hours so it is cheaper on the electric. I live in a block of flats and I was concerned about the noise level of running a dishwasher at night. Anyhow, I bought this Zanussi-Electrolux ZDF 501 S and it's the best dishwasher I have ever had. The bottom rack is great because you can fold some of the sections down to make room for the bigger items you need to put in it. On the top rack, you can remove the racks to adapt it for more glasses. I can fit a LOT of dishes in it and they come out brilliantly clean!... Read review
