Had new one delivered today, in Ipswich , read instruction manual carefully did the 1st maintenance wash as directed with no clothes in machine , which took quite a long time i think about two hours ,then did one quick wash on the silk programme which was for 30 minutes,washed clothes fine, was pleased with the result. the next wash I could not start the machine again, spent a hour pressing buttons re- reading the manual until I decided it now appears to of developed a fault with the door locking mechanism!! Not very impressed at all.Cannot use until an engineer comes out, !! Great when you have a floor full of dirty piles of washing. If this is what I can expect from electrolux I am not impressed at all.
