Disadvantages Where do I start.....
Terrible company from start to finish!.. There customer service was a bad as my temper after 4 hours trying to sort out a problem when my vehicle broke down last night. I was using there assistant program which I pay £60 a year for....Staff are either rude or incompetent I spoke to 6 different people, all of which promised to call me back with 10 mins (yet never did; it was more like 20) then others kept me on the phone for 30 mins, (my first call ate £15 of my phone credit!) ...The only advice I can give to anyone seeking insurer's is to avoid elephant like the plague..... Poor communication basically just all negative, even there quote ended up costing way more one you sorted out pay monthly.....To summarise TERRIBLE!!!!!
