Bought 20 boxes of the planks from Best4Flooring at end of Nov 2011, installed in 1 bedroom, hall and landing, got 9 bexes left and will not be using them ever again. Floor looked great for a few days, then some planks started to peel off, so applied pressure on the sticky strips, the planks stuck back down, few days later they lifted off again, repeated process above. eventually few week later all the planks peeled off. Apllied pressure with roller and heatgun but few days later they lifted off again! contacted retailer and manufacturer on 7/1/12 but after many calls, emails i'm still waiting for a solution as of today 1/2/2012. the floor is now unsafe as the planks are not stucked down, hence everyone has to walk with extra care to avoid tripping over. its been over amonth since all the plank lifted off so lots of dirty/dust are gathering onto the sticke strips now, don't think its possible to repair these now except to remove them completely and install new type of flooring materials. got more pics and vid if anyone need them contact me.
