Advantages: easy to fit, slim, no ducting Disadvantages: none
I have a range cooker and don't have room from a chimney extractor or an outside wall to extract fumes too. I needed a 90cm cooker hood and there are not many around. This one comes in stainless steel but you can have it in white or black and also for 60cm width. This extractor fan I found eventually fits the bill. It cost about £175, looks good in stainless steel, works superb, has the charcoal filters which can be changed, easy to fit and connect. It has a twin hood extractor which helps clear the steam quickly and 3 speeds with a really good light that shows off the cooker to a treat.I thought the 3 screws provided would not hold it to the wall but I was wrong and it sits proud on the wall. Very pleased with this buy. ...

With its slim steel flue and glass mantle this is a discrete appliance, regardless of its large size. The horizontal mantle all but disappears in profile and the fan housing angles pleasingly into the flue to give it a simple, uncluttered aspect. On the front fascia are four small buttons, the first controls the downlighters while the others allow you to choose from three power settings. The underside of the extractor has a stainless steel cover, which opens to reveal the mesh filter ...
