...I would probley say I like lip-gloss a lot more than lipstick. If I'm at a make-up counter in a store anywhere in the world, you can be sure to find me browsing at the lip-gloss selection. Lancome, Dior, Chanel, Rimmel and Maybelline I'll try them all, I don't care what price they are very little or a lot as long as they do the trick on making my lips look as good as possible. There's something about Elizabeth Arden that makes me go back for more and more of there products. I've bought everything from Elizabeth Arden from foundations to eye shadows and mascaras. But never, may I say have I bought a lip-gloss until last week from the range. ...Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant from Elizabeth Arden is available in a tube and is used to soothe minor skin irritations, chapping, peeling or flaking from minor burns, sunburn and so on. It smells rather like the old-fashioned Vaseline Petrolium Jelly which is not unpleasant, unless you use too much at a time. Eight Hour Cream protects for - you guessed it - eight hours! The instructions say not to use it on open skin wounds, infections and to avoid contact with the eyes. *(See tip below on eye make-up) Most professional make-up artists always have a tube of Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream in their bag of tricks. ...This cream does what it says!! last the 8 hours I expected it to be a cream but its more like a golden colour gel!!! I have really dry skin on my face and within 2days of using the 8 hour cream it had all gone. I found the best time to put it on was aftera shower/bath it seemed to absorbe quicker! It as many different uses: * moistures * lip balm * softens cuticles * calms irritated skin * barrier cream against extreme weather conditions * minor burns * windburn * mix with makeup to get glossy looks. Also as another bonus you only need to use it liberally so the tube lasts ages. down side does take while to stink in!! Cost £18 for 50ml tube. You can buy from most department stores.
