Elizabeth Arden Double Density Mascara

Dear Miss Arden, I have bought endless mascara's, all the latest ones to hit the shelves, the ones that promise you everything and in my case deliver nothing. I have wasted so much money trying to find a mascara that will give me the look I want for my eyelashes. I wanted a wand that wouldn't bend all the time, I wanted a thick bushy brush that would hold the amount of mascara I required. I am still searching (in vain it would seem) for the perfect mascara, but I honestly don't think it exists. I usually prefer mascaras in the Max Factor range and think I have tried them all by now yes, really). Recently though I started to use a Clarins mascara which I bought at a friend's Clarin's party and that has been quite good, apart from the fact that it is terrible to remove. I usually use Max Factor Masterpiece mascara, which I have been quite loyal to for many years, but occasionally I am given others, as was the case with the Elizabeth Arden Double Density mascara. I received this in a set from a friend along with a couple of other Elizabeth Arden products, but it sat unused for quite a while. Exactly two months ago just before I was due to go on holiday, my Max Factor mascara ran out. I cant praise this little beauty enough. It is the first mascara that I have found that curves, seperates and thickens lashes!! and it lasts all day. The brush is fat and the bristles are close together making the mascara coat each lash properly ,the most coats you'll need to apply is about 3 because it is a thick mascara. Although it is a thick mascara it doesnt clump, so when you pull the brush out it is just the right consitency. The brush isn't coarse, it seperates the lashes whilest gently coating them. i was given a sample a department store and tried it, very impressed. I have used Elizabeth Arden make up before but not the mascara. It doesn,t clump and lasts all day! Easy to remove but i use the elizabeth Arden eye remover and find it comes off quiet easily. Value for money is excellent as it lasts forver. I wear glasses so finds it dosent irritate either. Application is very good, definately would recommend. Have had comments like, Are those false eye lashs you are wearing? So, go on put on your christmas list, it would make an ideal stocking filler.
