Elizabeth Arden Red Door Perfume Body Lotion

Advantages: rich and creamy great smell
Disadvantages: shame about the name pricey

...True Love body lotion by Elizabeth Arden is pure self indulgence, it smell absolutely wonderful and makes your skin feel soft silky and totaly pampered. I recieved this body lotion as part of an Elizabeth Arden gift set but you can buy it over the counter seperately. It is a very rich body lotion which is easily absorbed into the skin. The lotions perfume is a very delicate perfume which lingers for several hours after use. It is well worth trying. My only bug bares about it are the name- abit to Mill n Boons for me! and the price but try looking on web sites that sell Elizabeth Arden products as they are alot cheaper. Advantages: A fragrance for all occasions (well almost)

...set up in 1909. The first Red Door Perfume, however, was not introduced into the Elizabeth Arden range until 1989. The Eau de Toilette is available in 3 sizes: 25 ml, 50 ml and 100 ml. The whole range also includes Body Lotion, Shower gel and talcum powder. Various gift pack combinations can be found of these. There’s no shortage of suppliers either on line or on the high street. It pays to shop around as I have found prices vary very greatly. The perfume seems to last quite well. The only minor issue I have is with the bottle design. I never quite trust the cap to be firmly enough on and for that reason will not risk carrying it with me in a handbag. ...in red writing together with a picture of a red door. Again this is a 50ml or 1.7 fluid ounces of hydrating cream cleanser. At first I thought it would be the same as the body lotion cream but it is more of a transparent milky liquid and is a lot thinner than the cream. This tends to be a bit more stickier and greasier to rub into your body even when you use it in the bath as a cleanser and add water there is still a bit of a sticky feeling to it. Overall Opinion I love Elizabeth Arden products and I was introduced to these in the 80s when mum used to buy the Flawless Finish product. I trust this brand and whilst in the 80s I was caked up in the makeup department, now I buy more subtle products from them. They grow with each generation and this is a range of cosmetics and perfumes that you could start at an early age and use... Read review
