...What drew me to the Ellaroo was the versatility of the wrap. As it is non-stretch fabric, you don't need to retie it half way through a carry to tighten it. It's quite lightweight but sturdy - very much like linen. You can have the baby facing inwards (newborn) and acrosswards for breastfeeding, outwards, on your hip or on your back. ...I ever bought was an Ellaroo and it was a revelation! I was able to cuddle my baby up close to me and still have my hands free for other children, shopping bags, piles of washing and all the other things in a mother's day. The wrap spread the weight so well that I could barely tell she was there. With just a little practice I could even breastfeed in the wrap - and nobody ever noticed!
