    Advantages Advantages Refreshing, sweet and effective energy drink

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Not overly impressive color and texture but still a good energy sports drink

    I found these at Costco warehouse in Watford for 3.99 excluding VAT for a tray of 24 of these 250ml drinks. Excluding VAT that is just 17pence per can. The Red Bull main drink costs more and from experience this does the same job. I think this is a good value alternative to Red Bull and even Powerade drinks. I like Powerade Tropical and Berry flavor based on the taste and texture, though from my recent purchasing I have to say that my interest in this drink called Emerge is higher.     Advantages Advantages Ok tasting and seems to give a little energy boost.

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Full of sugar and calories.

    I am not nor have I ever been very big into energy drinks but as I get older in years and heavier in weight I seem to rely on them more and more to get me through my hour of five aside football every week. I loathe paying the price for things like red bull and the other leading brands so I often resort to Asda`s own and things like that but the new kid on the block for me is one called Emerge.     Advantages Advantages Tastes just as good as other stimulation drinks at a fraction of the price

    Disadvantages Disadvantages Relatively new in the UK market so only sold in a limited number of stores e.g Asda

    I was walking around Asda probably about a month or so ago looking at the various stimulation drinks they had on the shelves contemplating whether or not to fork out the £3.47 for a 4 pack of red bull and my eye just happened across what appeared to be a new brand of stimulation drink that I had not seen before. With it's simple packaging and bold black letters set against a red background this really grabbed my attention.....the new brand I had discovered was Emerge, the new kid in town.     Emerge is one of the many cheap version of the more expensive energy drinks like Red Bull, Relentless and Monster. Emerge is on the market for 39p in Tesco but prices can vary between 35-40p for a 250ml can which is definitely a bargain considering the ridiculous prices of the more expensive energy drinks I named earlier. Is the bargain worth it ?? Answer: YES Emerge taste pretty much the same as the more popular energy drink Red Bull but is a little more on the fruity side.     ! Emerge Yourself ! Introduction ---------------- Emerge is a cheap alternative to Red Bull energy drinks and tastes almost exactly the same. I always have a few in my fridge and would always choose it over Red Bull simply due to the difference in price. Emerge is sold mainly in Asda but I have also heard it being for sale in Tesco.
