Hi I'm back and raring to write on Ciao after a 3 month exam break, all of which I PASSED Yippee!! All the work was worth it so now for a summer of sun (?), fun and Ciao ;-)

Endsleigh offer extensive insurance policies for the most competitive prices imaginable! They insure muscial instruments, household and special items, cars, travel insurance, you name it. Another advantage is that they have an insurance shop INSIDE my university Union building, Sheffield University, and it is no small brrom cupboard either! It is a spacious office with comfortable seating, magazines to read, and 3 insurance salepersons at desks. They are very up to date with the insurance they offer, the terms and conditions and the costs. Theyre very professional! I have been with Endsleigh for 2 years now, covering my household insurance. My insurance is very very competitive. They allow me to insure items I take out of the house and against accidental damage including my glasses, which is really helpful (as I have a tendency to break them sometimes). I have never had to make a claim but I am sure that I would have no problem, if its anything like the service I have had so far.
How helpful would this review be to a person making a buying decision? Rating guidelines
This is a good opinion, although I think that it would be better if you tried to relat it more to what other companies offer and why this service is better.
Advantages: Cheap, straightforward, offers good rates for students Disadvantages: Terrible customer service, incompetent, departments don't communicate with each other
