Then came the shock August 05 I received a letter from the bank saying I was overdrawn.
The Bank Lloyds TSB were useless, they claim that it takes 2 - 5 working days to sort out an error like this. (they forget the Direct ... ...my statment ENTA INT Ltd had taken £3300 no account managment is done over a weekend, I then found another entry for £200 the month before.
Sunday night I sent Enta an e-mail pointing the errors out Monday I rang them an tried to get my money back, they did accept the error was there fault.
But couldn't get the money transfered back to me the same day as they had no one who could sign the transfere :(

The bank had to retrieve the money with some prodding
I asked Enta for MAC code to Transfere to Plus Net on the 22nd of August and I was told it takes 24 hours I got the code on the 24th of August. (not bad)
I had a Call from Enta on the 23rd saying that if there are any charges they will cover them. (this would be the least I'd expect)
I should be with Plus Net by the 2nd Sept (hoping they wil be better)
I don't hink that Enta are operating a Joined up organisation, seems like no one knows whats going on or what there suppose to be doing, Or what should be done when they make an error like this.
Anyone thinking of using Enta be aware check you bank staments regularly (daily).
