...i came into this university at the beginning of 1999, i am doing M.Phil degree here, when i first came here, i was attracted deeply by this beautiful campus,which is not very big,but in perfect order. the most important to me is that research environment of academic is very serious, the reputation of research of this university is very advanced in United kingdom, got 6th position in 1996. as a research student here, i am proud of that. there are thoudands of students from different country, who represent different culture, the conversation is very enjoyful among different nationality people. I am enjoying that, as a oversea student living in this university campus, most faclities are equipped very well, the environment of accommadation is pretty quiet, and students can use internet with high speed for free, and it just costs very cheap...

Advantages: Lively atmosphere, easy access to resources & support Disadvantages: Fees!!!
...I studied at my foundation diploma at City & Guilds of London Art School from Sep 2002-May 2003. It was not initially my first choice, mainly due to the fees, I also intended to go for a slightly more reputable and predictable school, such as any of the London Institute schools-ie Chelsea, the infamous Saint Martins, Camberwell etc. However, due to a late application, I chose to apply to City & Guilds which I think without a doubt was ultimately the right choice for me.

Pollution is not the only threat to the planet. Another concern is the exhaustiopn of the world's resources. Our lifestyle has resulted in the world's resources being used up so quickly that they could run out. The non-renewable resources that are thought to be running out include oil, gas and many minerals. Ciao members could help to save natural resources by recycling glass and paper, or turning off gas and electrical appliances when they are not in use. Small actions like this can have a positive effect when repeated by people on a national or global scale.
