Manufacturer's product description
Businesses have been denied simple and affordable color laser printing for far too long. The traditionally high costs and poor speeds of color lasers have left many offices looking a bit, well, gray. But not any more: with the Epson AcuLaser C1900 series, Epson brings both color and monochrome laser printing together at a black and white price.
Advantages: Good Price Disadvantages: very limits in networking & driver compatibility
...I purchased EPSONAcuLaserC900 2 weeks ago. The price and spec attracted me to made this decision.

Advantages: Reliable, handles high volumes Disadvantages: Looks pants

Advantages: Well known Manufacturer Disadvantages: A bit big for home use in a small room
...I purchased th C1100 on offer in Staples and found that the printer to be a bit heavy .The setup procedure was a bit time consuming :- getting all the packing out and then fitting all the toner cartridges and fuser unit.that aside the print quality is very good .I was not too impessed with the manual that installs itself on to the desktop.I had a bit of confusion about which paper i could use the mabual seemed a bit vague on htis so i emailed the support team and the answer came back quickly and well explained. The initial print time is about 10 seconds but following pages are about 2-3 seconds. All in all its a good printer well worth the money....

At only £399 including VAT for this colour laser printer, it's really quite hard to fault it for the money.
It's only recently that the prices have come down for colour lasers, so they are now in the price range for the small office.
