Reliabilty
Where I work, this printer has definatly been put through its paces, printing almost non-stop and roughed about by in a rush office workers, each of whom believes their report is more important than everybody elses, and it hasn't broken down yet or even shown any sign of complaint.

Ease of use
This printer wasn't too dificult to install (I didn't have to sink as low as reading the instructions). And once installed it doesn't require any consious thought at all. And I haven't had any annoying calls from office staff who cant tell their keyboard from their mouse (I'm the tech guy BTW) about this printer.

Design
It fits in well with an office environment but is far to bulky to be a home PC, with a height of 47.7cm, a depth of 57.7 cm and a width of 40.8 cm as well as weighing in at 28 kg.

There is a huge price range on this printer so make sure you shop around. If you can get it for some of the lower prices it's well worth buying.
