The 20 column, 2 line display allows the customer to see a significant amount of infomation in one go.
The height can be adjusted by replacing the standard support with an optional one. The panel can also be adjusted ensuring the best viewing angle and the greatest visibility.
The display has an inconspicuous design that is well suited to speciality stores, restaurants and other establishments.
The DM106 also has pass through function which is supported by the standard ESC/POS command set.
I would personally recommend this one because I have never found any faults with it in my own restaurant. However, if you would prefer a slightly better one with larger, easier to read font I recommend the D210.
Sorry I cannot comment properly on
Manufacturer support because, as of yet, I have not required their assistance and the Manual was simple enough to follow.
