Full review
I have been using my Epson Stylus CX5200 for over two years, and I want to write about what good quality print-outs I get from it. It produces such good results, when scanning and photocopying documents, that friends always comment, 'Wow, your printer's really good'.

My printer not only prints, but scans and photocopies too. Anything I photocopy, even photos, come out very nicely

Background
The printer cost about £150. It was a birthday present, and I am so pleased with it. There is a built-in scanner and colour photocopier! Yes, you can photocopy in colour, and the result is brilliant - you can hardly tell the difference between the photocopy and your original. By this, I mean the colour-quality is BRILLIANT - the colours are vivid, and there are no tell-tell streaks that you can get with some photocopies.

Cost of ink
I would say that the one downfall is that the ink is quite expensive. Fair enough, when you consider that Epson have to cover their costs. I would say that a black ink cartridge costs +£20, and each of the colour ones; magenta, yellow and blue, cost about £12

There is a user panel on the front of the unit, where you can change the lightness/darkness of printouts, the number of copies, a scan button etc. These buttons are so easily accessible, and they are tactile, being rubber buttons. All in all, this Epson printer is well made, and looks of good quality. And it DOES produce great quality print. I print digital photos using it, and the photos print nicely

Good luck finding a new printer. If you're looking for an all-in-one which can scan, photocopy AND print, look at the Epson CX5200!
