Advantages Lasts longer

Disadvantages Marginally more expensive

Reliability:
After having this computer for some year and then not using if for a year or so we were amazed when we found that the printer still works and had ink in it and still available for purchase. The Ink we still had in it work fine after taking it out and giving it a bit of a mix. The black Seemed to then last for quite some time after that.

Ease of use:
It is quick and simple to install the cartridge. All you have to do it go on to the printer click replace ink, lift the lid and click the start button. Then wait for the cartridge holder to slide across to an accessible place and remove the old cartridge. Then on the new one remove the clip and the seal over the nozzle. Place the cartridge in and close the cover and press start the button once more. It will then do some checks. That simple !

Quality:
Well we recently brought some PCworld value cartridges instead as it was cheaper. BIG mistake! They lasted around 10-20 Print then bye bye ink. The proper Epson ones are marginally more expensive but last about 5-10 times longer. Then we gave it to my brother and he brought really cheap value and it literally only lasted 3-8 prints. Seriously!

Durability:
On average it will last over 50 Prints. That is on high quality printing too.
