...Having recently been in the market looking for a printer from the budget range I came across the Epson Stylus c40ux. The printer and its software is very user friendly and is a surperb choice for those just starting out or experinced users.
The printer is U.S.B compatible, so its very easy to setup, just connect it to the back of your PC and the computer will tell you step by step what you need to do (just a case of putting in the installation CD and clicking ok) it only takes a couple of minutes no matter what your level of experties.
The printer is extremely durable and features the new Epson Micro Piezo tm. print head, that will last the life of the printer (so they came, and I have no reason to doubt this so far) It prints at 1440 x 720 dpi (dot per inch) and has a great feature that allows it to actually vary the size...

This printer cost us #170 at the time of purchase qhich was over a year ago. I think the average price for this now is #110. A bargain, considering the quality of the photos you get from this.
