My first word of WARNING : DON'T use them. They are simply scam. It's one person doing all support (hence 25 minutes wait on 0845 numbers.) It's always one girl who does everything from doc verification to account cancellation. She speaks in a horrible mixed accent.
The free credit report is part of your free trial but mind it the report contains no useful info. So, to get your score you need to run credit score report which is 5.95 each time you wish to see your credit score.It's not the end of it, I found a few issues with my report and wanted to get them corrected so raised a few tickets. And each time it's a copy paste answer. It's so clear no one even bothered to read your complaints. At the end I got really mad and cancelled my subscription. It was another 20 min on the phone.
DO NOT BOTHER USING THEM. THEY ARE SIMPLY SCAM.
