Used bike come with 3 months parts and labour as a gesture of good will, and after that there is no need to worry about parts or anything as they will sort out everything for you.
They do also offer good deals if you want to trade in your bike, and buy another one from them.
Overall no real faults if you want the best, however if your on a tight budget do look around a bit first...

had a fault with the steering lock a few weeks ago, they said that someone had tried to nick it and have bent something inside.
i have checked the CCTV cameras at college and at work (the only places i leave it apart from in my garage) and nobody has touched...

Advantages: lite and easy to pick up Disadvantages: super zippy
...type of ride alltogether.) now I have been on this bike for this season I would not be reall keen to trade it. I have gotten used to the power ban (part of the reason for this purchasing decision was that I had gotten addicted to the power of the yz and when I tried a few smaller "ladie" type bikes there was just not eneough jam. Haveing said that had I not been on the yz - they perhaps would have made me just as happy.)...
