Poor customer services
I am very disappointed by the quality of Ernest Jones services.
I took my engagement ring three times back to be repaired as the diamond fell, then one of the claws broke. Just two months after the claw was repaired, it broke again and I was told that it is not covered by warranty so they asked me to pay again. For the £2500 ring, I paid £260 to put the diamond back and then £70 to repair the claw (huge difference between prices!) and then they wanted me to pay other £70 to repair again the claw.
Each time I called myself after more than 5 weeks to ask about my ring and been told that they left messages on my phone that was a lie!
The staff is not honest at all!
