I have been a Nespresso customer for years. I just wanted to let others know how I have found the customer service failing and lacking when your machine goes wrong. At this rate I may as well have bought a new machine and cut my losses. Simply the best: so straight forward and idiot proof. I also have a collection sitting at the back of my cooker even when I go through periods of coffee abstinence.
