It is a glass bottle so a wee bit hard getting to the dregs at the bottom but I solved this by using my soft makeup brush to scoop the rest out.

>>Average wear time:
I find that this foundation lasts about 10 hours then it starts to fade a wee bit but have been known to go straight out after work and my foundation is still perfect.
>>Ease of use:
It is a glass bottle so a wee bit hard getting to the dregs at the bottom but I solved this by using my soft makeup brush to scoop the rest out.

It blends pretty well but I would advise as with all foundations to wear a moisturizer before applying as it does dry quickly.

But let me say well worth every penny as this wee bottle lasts for ages you only need a very small amount to cover your face. I find no need for cover up sticks when I use Double Wear as it covers the dark circles under my eyes very well. And the odd eruption we all get around that time of the month it covers this also.

Has an SPF 10 now we all know that we need to protect our face from the sun. Well I am made up of mostly freckles and I find this foundation not only covers them well but helps in not creating any more. Vitamin E Acetate and BHT anti-oxidants, free radical scavengers, help protect skin against environmental damage
Transfer resistant no more rubbing off your makeup but do not test it on a white shirt it does leave a big brownish stain.
Has a natural Matte finish for those of us who do not like shinny faces.
Easily removed with a good makeup remover or face wipes.

>>Tips: apply a dusting of your favorite translucent powder over the top and it makes it last even longer. Use the tips of your fingers when applying this as it covers better. Can be used to cover dark circles similar to how you would use a concealer stick.

I have seen it in Boots,Harvey Nichols,Selfridges and you can buy it online. Overall it is very good value for money gets my thumbs up.

...to get so asked the Estee Lauder assistant for some help. He showed me they have three basic colour ranges (light, meduim and dark) and three different tones within each of these categories for cool or warm skin tones. When I got home and tested the colour it was perfectly matched to my skin, definitely worth asking for help when choosing.
Applying:
I was surprised to see there was no wand attached to the lid so a sponge is needed to apply the ... ...messy). The texture was so rich and silky, it felt wonderous to apply. It's slightly thicker than cheap foundations so has to be blended quicky before it dries.
Coverage:
I've always had spotty skin, not acne but a few red blotches and spots here and there. This foundation covers everything, it is amazing. After applying this all over I had no need to use my trusty concealer. My skin looked even and clear, not a spot in sight. There are drawbacks ...

...pleasant sales lady at the Estee Lauder counter in Boots matched me up to my colour (with the use of rather fancy charts!). The i-Match system they use takes into account the actual tone of your skin; cool, neutral or warm, before finding your perfect shade, which is why it's so effective. As there are a whopping 19 different shades, it's impossible to go wrong. I have extremely pale skin, so I use the lightest shade- Shell. All the foundations I ... ...a freakish ruddy orange. But Shell in Doublewear gives me a dewy, porcelain look- the look I'd dreamed of ever since I discovered vanity!

The Estee Lauder sales assistants are deemed professionals and take time to assess your skin type and tone. She carefully chose a colour which would match my skin tone (there are 19 different colours). I must say I am delighted with her advice.

...finish comes with using an Estee Lauder one. You need only the tiniest amount of this foundation for each use, literally just a few dabs as the coverage is excellent. Although I don't use mine every day, I do use it a lot and I've still got over half the bottle left after 8 months of use - hard to believe isn't it?
Another bonus is that it has a SPF 10, so as well as hiding those fine lines it helps protect your skin from the sun and lessen the ... ...say this but best results come from application to cleansed and moisturised skin (Estee Lauder products of course!), blended using a cosmetic sponge.
It might seem a bit pricy at £19.00 but it does go a long way. As I said I've had mine eight months and it is still going strong - how many cheaper products would you have to buy in that time? I assure you it's great value for money - and no, I don't work for them!

EsteeLauder makes high quality make up products and in fact also own other high end brands such as Mac and Clinque.The brand is very distinctive as it comes in a royal blue box and gold lettering which gives it a very expensive high quality look to it. My eyelashes are not my best feature. They're short and thin, and none of the previous mascaras I had used gave the effect I wanted. So I had pretty much given up with mascara, and I became more of an eyeliner girl.
But one day I was shopping at the John Lewis beauty section looking for a new foundation. I opted for EsteeLauder's DoubleWearfoundation (the DoubleWear display was very nice!) and was handed a 2.4ml sample of this DoubleWear Mascara. I put it into my bag and pretty much forgot about it until a few days later when I found it at the bottom of my bag.
Curious, I inspected the short tube. I unscrewed the top and found quite a thin but very long brush, ensuring you covered every lash. I applied it carefully to my top lashes. I looked at the results and I had the best eyelashes I had ever had with any other mascara. It had ...
A few months ago I fancied a change from my favourite EsteeLauderDoubleWearFoundation and decided to try out the Photogenic one from Lancome. I then went to my favorite department store and bought it after being convinced about the fantastic "power" of this product by the sales assistant!
When I first used it, I quickly realised that the colour was the wrong shade, my own mistake not Lancome's but it wasn't a great start! I then noticed that although my skin felt as if I applied powder on, there was some dry patchy bit on my face.
