In my quest for a remedy to my juvenile skin, I have become a bit of a sucker for branded goodies that claim to be a miracle cure all. One such product is Estee Lauder's Idealist Micro-D Thermal Refinisher, which was launched on much anticipating public in September 2003. As a treat to myself I bought myself a starter kit from Estee Lauder in an attempt to get my skin in tip top condition. I thought that maybe if I spend a bit extra on my skincare items I would get better results from them. In the kit was a small sample tube of this item approximately 5ml in size but enough for quite a few applications. So far I have had about 5 or 6 applications out of it and there is still plenty left too. I've become a big fan of Estee Lauder products over the last few years. Mainly because their products seem to do what they claim. I came across this little wonder when it was first introduced a few years ago. All I was told that it would warm up when it touches your skin and would have promising exfoliating effect. Estee Lauder Micro-D Thermal Refinisher is a great alternative to micro dermabrasion. I use this twice a week (as recommended) and it makes my skin much better, softer and smoother and clears imperfections quickly! You are supposed to use this on a damp face but with dry hands. This is very important as if your hands are wet as soon as it touches your fingers it starts to warm up.
